“This is the place.”
The College of Saint Rose is a community. Our alumni, students, faculty, and staff know Saint Rose as a close-knit neighborhood within a city. Located in Albany, New York’s Capital, Saint Rose offers students the opportunity to discover their passion, knowledge, and purpose. Whether it’s through a highly personal learning environment, gaining experience through highly sought internships, or service learning outside of the classroom– Saint Rose graduates stand out.
With 70 undergraduate programs and 70+ graduate degrees and certificates, The College of Saint Rose has a diverse campus culture with numerous lectures, concerts, readings, as well as a wide variety of student events. Contributors to this blog are primarily students: incoming freshman, commuter students, outgoing seniors, graduate students and anyone in-between. Students are asked to share their honest perspective about life at Saint Rose. They often write about internship experiences, events they’ve attended, and what it is like to be a student at Saint Rose. The blog also occasionally features posts from faculty and staff, including the President of Saint Rose.
We welcome and look forward to your comments and questions. Ultimately, the goal of this blog is to share with readers why so many have said about Saint Rose, “This is the place.”
