Business Majors Have a New Home at The College of Saint Rose

This week on All About Saint Rose, we learn about the latest addition to The College of Saint Rose Campus. It’s one of many spaces provided by the college where students of varying disciplines can collaborate on projects and develop a sense of common purpose. Communications majors have the William Randolph Hearst Center for Communications and Interactive Media. Art majors have The Center for Art and Design. Music majors have the Massry Center for the Arts. Soon, students enrolled in finance, management, and accounting programs at The College of Saint Rose will have a building to call home too – The Huether School of Business. This facility will begin offering cutting edge communications technology, classroom, and meeting spaces to business majors by fall of 2012.

All About Saint Rose is an online video series that spotlights the coursework, projects, and campus events of Saint Rose students, faculty, and staff. It’s produced by Saint Rose graduate student Steve Felano.

Last week, we learned about a Saint Rose student who is researching the effects of man made oyster reefs on marine wildlife – check that out here. You can watch other All About Saint Rose episodes on the series’ Pinterest Page.
