Bringing It Home – The Saint Rose Blog

Farewell, readers!

When I was approached last fall to be a graduate student blogger for the Saint Rose Blog, I was eager to start blogging right away! Over the past several months, the blog has grown to include more writers and readers sharing their stories about Saint Rose. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to share my own experiences on the blog with all of you. Unfortunately, my five-month run as a Saint Rose blogger ends today.

I am currently finishing up my spring semester of the MBA program as well as my graduate assistantship position in the Office of Graduate Admissions. My summer semester starts on Monday, April 23 (yes, a little over two weeks away!). As I mentioned in my previous post, my final semester will be busy between attending three classes, working as an intern, and starting my first full-time job search! Although I’m looking forward to my final semester, I will be unable to continue blogging due to my hectic schedule.

While I’m saying farewell to the blog, a few new bloggers have joined the blog over the past few weeks. Brendan Peo and Lauren Russo joined the blog as undergraduate student bloggers in March. Doug Ridley has also joined as an alumni blogger. With all these great bloggers, I know the blog will be fresh with exciting content about Saint Rose every week! Blogging has been a great way to share my experiences as a graduate student at Saint Rose. If you have never blogged before, I highly encourage you to do so. With many free blogging tools available on the Internet, it’s easy for anyone to start blogging!

With that, I bid you all farewell! Good luck on your future endeavors at Saint Rose!
