Bringing It Home – The Saint Rose Blog

Finals Week. Final Thoughts.

OH MY GOSH. OH MY GOSH. OH MY GOSH. OH MY GOSH. I feel like my life is this episode of Spongebob (<- click that link)…. This going to be a long week.

It’s officially finals week and that means three things. 1) My long hair will be all over campus because I have pulled it all out 2) My friend had to change my Facebook password so I actually have to study and  3)  I am one step closer to student teaching and graduating. I guess for most people, that’s exciting, but for me it is the exact opposite. Yes, I want to get on with my life but leaving this campus scares me. I DON’T WANNNNNNNNNNA! Ahem, anywho…

Since this is my final blog post of the semester I leave you, my faithful readers, with my finals thoughts on Fall 2011.

Dearest Fall 2011,

You have been one crazy ride. 18 credits, President of the Geology Club, New Orleans Co-Leader, SA meetings and tutors. I definitely learned who wore the pants in this relationship. Even though you have left me running around this campus like a chicken with no head, I have enjoyed every turn of it. You have taught me that I can make it through this, you have taught me I actually can do Physics and more importantly you have taught me that even though I have many tough decisions ahead of me, know I can make the right one. So for that, I thank you.

PEACE OUT FALL! HELLO SPRING!

Sincerly, Whoooooooooo, warmer weather!

Here are some exciting things coming for next semester: Fundraising for New Orleans which includes our benefit concert ROCK THE BUILD 2 (can not wait), observations which will bring lots of cool stories, New Orleans in March, Rose Rock and much much more .

Thank you reading & stay tuned for next semester. Good luck on finals and enjoy break, everyone!
