Good to know: Saint Rose welcomes new faculty

With the start of classes, The College of Saint Rose welcomes eight new professors to its full-time tenure track faculty. We wish them good luck!

The new professors are:

John Dion: instructor of marketing. Previous: adjunct professor, Western New England University College of Business. Education: *DBA, Newcastle University, Newcastle U.K.; Grenoble Ecole de Management, Grenoble France (*expected completion,winter 2013)

Mark Gilder: assistant professor of computer science. Previous: senior computer scientist, G.E. Corporate Research and Development. Education: PhD, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

Ross Krawczyk: assistant professor of psychology. Previous: instructor of psychological statistics, University of South Florida. Education: *PhD, University of South Florida (* completion pending)

Susan Meyer: assistant professor of art foundations. Previous: lecturer and coordinator, foundations program, University of Denver. Education: MFA and Museum Studies Certificate, Tufts University

Deborah Reyome: assistant professor of social work. Previous: visiting assistant professor, The College of Saint Rose. Education: PhD, University at Albany

Christopher St. Cyr: assistant professor of graphic design. Previous: assistant professor, Sage College of Albany. Education: MFA, Massachusetts College of Art & Design

Christopher Thode: assistant professor of chemistry. Previous: visiting assistant professor Ripon College. Education: PhD, Pennsylvania State University

Julia Unger: assistant professor of communication sciences and disorders. Previous: speech language pathologist, Peter R. Ramig & Associates. Education: PhD, Heidelberg University of Education, Heidelberg, Germany
