What’s in your closet?

A few of the T-shirts I have acquired over the years…. and, no, that’s not sarcasm!

The common outfit for a college student typically includes a combination of jeans, sweatpants, t-shirts, and sweatpants. Here at the College of Saint Rose Free T-shirts, we are no exception. Over the past seven semesters, my wardrobe has grown to include a ton of t-shirts and sweatshirts that cost from about $3 to free. I didn’t think that this was a problem at all… free clothes, right? Unfortunately, free t-shirts from various campus events aren’t exactly acceptable for student teaching.

I’ve now expanded my wardrobe with “big girl” professional clothing, but I couldn’t get those for free… oh well. BUT if you want to expand your wardrobe for free, there are plenty of opportunities. A lot of events on campus come with free t-shirts or ones for a few dollars. Upcoming events include Dodgeball Maddness (sponsored by SEB) and Rose Rock (sponsored by SA). Hope to see you there!
