#stroseNPD (…we’ll explain)

National Philanthropy Day is here!

Well, sort of. Technically National Philanthropy Day (see the significance of the “NPD” now in #stroseNPD?) is November 15, a Saturday this year, so our office of giving adjusted to today in order to reach as many students on campus as possible. So, happy Saint Rose Philanthropy Day!

The day was recognized on campus with events all day in the main lounge. Student clubs participated in a “Jar Wars” fundraising challenge, students were asked to sign thank you cards to Saint Rose donors, and some students had the opportunity to share what a gift meant to them, as you’ll see in the photos below!

If you are interested in making a gift and impacting the lives of our students, here’s a nifty link for you to do so.
