The Power of Doing Good

One thing that has remained consistent during my collegiate career is this: I have done everything in my power to be as nice to everyone as possible. And you know what? The results of being nice and doing good have been pretty awesome.

Doing good deeds and being a nice person doesn’t only benefit you, but it benefits others as well. By opening a door, or smiling at a stranger, or giving a compliment, we manage to make someone’s day. Eventually, those good deeds add up, and a reward occurs – receiving recognition at school or work for your good deeds, a hug from a friend, or even a thank you note. Everyone benefits – which is why YOU should do a good deed today!

Need a good deed to do? Well, I have one for you that not only will help the College out, but can benefit a good reward for you as well – the Basketball Locker Campaign! Make sure to like, share, and hashtag #30hrshotclock, and you’ll help support this awesome cause. If you donate as much as $5, you’ll help an amazing cause. But hurry – the campaign ends soon!!!!!

Best Wishes!
